Here's to all the dads out there that make it happen day in and day out for their families. I have been very blessed when it comes to having amazing men in my life starting with my father. He is a man that has always pushed me to be better and certainly keeps me in line even now. I've also had the best Grandfather who has shown me unconditional love and has always been there for his family. Now, I am so blessed to be able to see my daughters enjoying the same love and guidance from my husband. Joey is very patient with me. Beyond what anyone would imagine and to makes things more incredible he is patient with our girls as well. When I look back at how our paths crossed there is no doubt that divine intervention took place and I can't thank God enough for such a great man. He is who I was waiting for and if you single ladies out there feel as though your day will never come and perhaps you see my photos and think I'd like that someday, let me tell you it will come. Trust in God, be patient (yes I know how hard that is, but I survived) and have fun being single without babies. Enjoy your family, your room, your alone time and being able to sleep without knowing there are little people depending on you. Pray and praise without the thought of "oh geez where's my kid?!" and go out with your friends without thinking, "it's 9'pm I better head home soon." I lived my time and enjoyed it and now I can bask in this but really don't get ahead of yourself and wait for the right guy because when you know, you'll know. So on that note, we wore pink for Father's day as a reminder that they wouldn't be Fathers without the pink, plus we looked cute in it. I linked some of the items below and Saru's dress was handmade by a lovely sister at church who did an amazing job with it! Until next time lovelies.
Hello beauties! I've been MIA a bit lately due to our churches recent family camp. I've gotta say it was beautiful and such a blessing to attend. I'm really the camping type per say however we did sleep in a cozy little cabin so I can't complain much. Going into this past weekend I already knew I wanted to have a sort of boho look going on and so this look was born. I think it's really nice when you pair a colorful skirt with a black top and let the colors speak. The vibrant pattern on this print was gorgeous and over all I had a good time. I also paired my hand crafted back pack from Nicaragua which complemented the colors in my skirt. I really wish I had more backpacks like this one. Such beautiful craftsmanship is literally going extinct now a days. So I leave you ladies with lots of love and hopes that you can pull you boho look together as well.
