I had to come and tell you guys about one of our newest skirts in the shop called "The Key of Chic!" It is definitely a music lovers dream skirt and such a beautiful and unique piece. Totally the perfect addition to any wardrobe.
I styled it with a maroon long-sleeve top from Forever 21, I really wanted the skirt to pop! I also added a gold sequin collar from Jcpenny, it adds the perfect sparkle to the outfit.
For shoes I also had to add a bit more sparkle. Hey! a little sparkle never hurt nobody. 😉 I added some of my favorite shoes from Ross! They're these gold flats with crystals all over the front and sides, that added the final touch.
Lastly I added an amazing one of a kind purse that I got in Nicaragua! It's a peculiar shape but very couture. It's definitely not something you'll see everyday. Oops! Almost forgot to mention my watch, it's this beautiful wrap watch that has pearls and a cute flower to add that extra touch of girly!
We will also be hosting an awesome giveaway on this skirt! Don't miss out and visit our Instagram page @pkidchicksfashion for more details

Just wanted to share some cute inspo with you gals as I've been into lots of black and whites lately. I always gravitate towards pink and neon green to mix my black and whites with so here's what has been floating around my head lately!
We just got a new polka dot pencil skirt in store (as seen above) and I am obsessed with styling ideas. Being almost 7 months now (yay me!) has made shopping quite a task, however my "goal" outfit is similar to the items shown above. My style objective this month is to replicate look and see how close I get to styling this skirt with my main vision. I always get into a polka dot frenzy, I mean did you see this watch?! Seriously though, I think everyone on the planet needs this Kate Spade watch. I don't care who you are, if your wearing this watch I will gladly admire your wrist for it.
On another note, I just ordered this Kate Spade planner online and I'm ubberly excited! I've been trying and trying to get my hands on one FOREVER but they were always sold out. Lucky for me I happened to see it available on FaceBook and was like click, click... buy! lol I felt like a little minion, I'm not sure why but I laughed and chuckled as I bought it. I think stripes and pretty things are getting to my head... Or maybe it's the Minion movie that just came out? Debatable, yet there might be something in the air that I am not aware of.
So here's a pic of what the inside of my planner looks like. It has tabs with pages for celebrations (ex. brithdays), notes, and monthly/weekly calendars from August 2015 to December 2016. My package came with a cute KS post card as pictured above.
Can you see my theme here?
Polka dots and stripes galore!
Another cute photo and a bible verse that everyone should have somewhere in their house!
There is nothing quite like truly trusting God with our plans and having this at the side of my desk where I so often sit to work is perfect. It clearly reminds me that He is the one that will direct my paths if I lean on Him and trust Him in totality. Meaning giving up my will for His and let me tell you there is no better way to live life than by placing it in the hands of Jesus.
Over all I wish you all a blessed Sunday! I am about to get ready to head out to band practice for our 5 o'clock service and looking forward to wearing something bright today. Let's hope my wardrobe plans pan out.
