dress: BooHoo | purse: Nicaragua Market (travels purchase) | heels: Just Fab | sunnies: Charming Charley's similar here
Blue pumps and a wild ride of color is going to be my summer highlight look. Obsessed is an understatement! This dress is so very me in every way possible and I think many of you can agree it's quite you too. The fun colors and the rainbow print done right just works. It's so hard to find modest dresses now a days so scoring this piece was a breath of fresh air. Not having to alter a dress for a change is nice plus this material is light weight so although it's long sleeve it isn't hot or stuffy at all.
Paired with some cobalt blue heels from Just Fab and my purse found on one of my Nicaraguan travels really complimented my dress.
Finally my fun rainbow tinted sunnies for the win and this color gal was a happy camper. If your eyeing this dress and debating it, don't! I promise you'll like it and it's 50% off right now so even a better reason to go check it out. I'm wearing a size 4 for those of you wondering. I've also linked some more of my BooHoo favorites here.
Wishing you guys a fun summer week. I'm getting ready to go out for Youth Week with our church youth so there'll be more fun casual summer looks coming up!
So we've been out of it for a quick minute. I think there's a time for all things. Time to work, Time to rest. Time to blog & time to rest. These breaks from blogging are honestly very much needed and while the blogging community will literally call it murder to your social following I know in my heart that I never started a blog for attention, followers or popularity. That honestly wasn't expected in just happened and in the end I still only do this out of love. Out of a hope to spread positivity in this dimly lit world. A peek into my life and Nicoles life has given others hope and for that I'm grateful. We've been allowed to have a voice. Though it be still small it's a voice amongst the many thousands and I hope to make mine count. That being said here I am sharing some more modest fashion as I've always been because I love to inspire you guys. I found this little dress at a Vintage shop for $18. Goes to show that modesty and classic timeless dresses don't have to cost you a fortune. All you have to do is hit your local thrift stores or vintage shops and look for treasure. Every so often I promise you'll find a piece or two you simply love and the great part is that no one else will have it which makes it very very cool!
Saru stepped in to a quick photo op. She's getting so big and Levi's 1st birthday is around the corner! I can't believe he's almost 1 you guys. Time is crazy! I'll of course be sharing pics of his party and some fun free downloads you gals can use if you plan to throw a 1 year old b-day party or know someone planning one. Until next time.
