What a lovely weather change it’s been lately. With the SoCal heat it’s hard to get into sweater weather but I’m so happy the day was just perfect enough for this fun color block sweater from Chicwish!
The previous post is Nicole’s collaboration with them on a gorgeous embroidered dress that is absolutely stunning! I on the other hand opted for some pieces I could use all through the fall and winter season. This sweater being one of my selections. I’ve been wanting a cute oversized colorful sweater to be my fall staple and after looking around Chicwish had the perfect one. The only downside to it is that it’s a little itchy, so I always wear a long sleeve top underneath. As long as I have that I’m good and I’ll definitely be living in it!
Now I know most of you don’t go out through your days in heels but honestly it’s a very “me” thing. First off these heels are super comfy! They’re not too high and have a great fit. I’ve had good luck with shoes from H&M and these are my go too heels! I am looking for a new cute pink bootie to replace my pink heels when it begins to rain but until then these rosey heels work as a nude for me. I went ahead and linked a similar heel for you guys below but if you want mine H&M currently sells the nude color in store. I almost bought them last week but decided on other items. I also think these straw purses are still going strong and will be for the remainder the of year. Mine was a birthday gift and purchased at Target (thanks Em!) oh yea I almost forgot!
I’m 29 now you guys lol.
I’ve been a little quiet on social media as I’ve been focusing on myself, church ministry and family but in the end Nicole and I always feel the pull to continue with our blog and all that this world entails. So, we’re here and greatful for this little corner of our lives.
To leave you guys I just want to say and remind you all that nothing is ever perfect. We all struggle. We all have flaws. We all have our days when we feel ugly. We all lack faith at times. In all this mess of life be sure to hold on to what matters. Jesus, your family and yourself. Never lose sight of who you are and if you do just look right back at God who will guide you to who you’re meant to be.
